The Role
Public transport across the DACH region is rapidly electrifying. As Regional Sales Manager, you will work directly with bus operators, transport authorities, and dealer partners to bring zero-emission buses into real-world fleet operations across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Key Responsibilities
-
Drive regional sales across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, focusing on zero-emission bus solutions.
-
Develop strong relationships with bus operators, municipal transport authorities, and fleet managers.
-
Identify and pursue opportunities through public tenders, framework agreements, and fleet renewal programmes.
-
Build and support a network of dealers, distributors, and aftersales service partners across the region.
-
Support operators with fleet electrification planning, including duty cycles, range expectations, and charging strategies.
-
Coordinate the commercial process from tender submission through order handling and vehicle delivery.
-
Represent the brand at industry exhibitions, operator meetings, and transport events.
Candidate Profile
-
Strong commercial experience within the bus, coach, or heavy vehicle sector.
-
Familiar with the realities of the industry – operators, depots, tenders, fleet managers, and dealer networks.
-
Proven ability to manage tender processes and operator relationships.
-
Fluent German, with English considered an advantage.
-
Comfortable travelling across the DACH region to meet operators, dealers, and transport authorities.
The Mindset
You don’t just sell buses – you’re into buses.
You know what happens in a depot at 5am. You understand why uptime matters, why operators care about reliability, and why the right bus on the right route makes all the difference.
You enjoy talking about fleet replacement cycles, tender specs, passenger loads, charging ranges, and real-world operations. You like visiting operators, walking through depots, and seeing buses out on the road doing the job they were built for.
Because for you, buses aren’t just vehicles – they’re a system, a service, and the backbone of public transport. 🚌
