Experienced Sales Manager – Benelux (DC Charging Hardware)

Location: Remote working, Netherlands based | Benelux coverage

An established international manufacturer of DC charging solutions is strengthening its commercial presence in the Benelux region.

In this commercial role, you will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining and expanding an existing customer base across Benelux.

The role

The company are looking for someone to drive sales of DC charging hardware across the Benelux region, working closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to build sustainable revenue and long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and developing the Benelux market for DC charging hardware
  • Managing and growing an existing customer base while securing new customers and projects
  • Leading commercial negotiations, including framework and long-term supply agreements
  • Building and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with wider European objectives
  • Working closely with technical, product and commercial teams based in Germany
  • Representing the business at industry events, customer meetings, and regional forums
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and customer data within CRM systems

This role requires proven, hands-on experience in DC charging hardware sales. Candidates without direct DC hardware sales exposure will not be considered.

Essential experience:

  • Proven track record selling DC charging hardware within the Benelux region
  • An established network across the regional DC charging ecosystem
  • Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts and framework agreements
  • A sales-driven, self-sufficient mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Fluency in English and Dutch

Desirable background:

  • Experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of DC charging equipment
  • Exposure to high-power or heavy-duty charging environments
  • Experience with major infrastructure, fleet or CPO customers
  • German language skills are beneficial but not required
