MAN Truck & Bus operates approximately 1,200 company-owned and partner service locations across Europe. In Germany, the network is the frontline of customer operations.
With the company committing €300 million to expand and modernise its European service network by 2030 – the largest investment in MAN’s history – the pressure to maintain a fully staffed, highly skilled workshop workforce has never been greater.
During a period of growth and network expansion, MAN needed to fill scarce mechanical and technical roles across specific workshops in Germany. In Berlin and beyond, open bays meant delayed repairs, frustrated customers, and direct operational cost.
