€70,000-€100,000 base salary + 20-30% bonus + EV company car

📍 We have 3 roles available – 2 can be based anywhere in Germany – 1 has to be based in the Bavaria or Baden-wuerttemberg regions!

Now, we’re looking for an Expansion Manager who’s ready to drive growth, build partnerships, and secure the best sites for a fast-growing HPC network.

🔑 What you’ll do:

• Identify and secure prime HPC sites in high-traffic urban areas
• Build and manage a network of acquisition specialists & agencies
• Develop long-term partnerships with retailers, real estate firms & public institutions
• Lead contract negotiations for leases and usage agreements
• Shape regional strategies to expand urban charging infrastructure
• Work closely with technical and construction teams to deliver projects

👤 What you bring:

• Solid experience in site acquisition (charging, retail, real estate, or telecoms)
• Strong contract negotiation skills and legal know-how
• An existing network in real estate, cities, or key accounts is a plus
• Ability to lead external teams effectively
• Strategic mindset, negotiation talent, and proactive drive
• Fluent German & English + willingness to travel
