Principal Pulsed-Power Engineer – EMC & Plasma Coupling

💰 €80,000-€120,000 + Bonus + Equity

I’m supporting a pioneering European climate-tech company developing advanced plasma systems for industrial decarbonisation.

We’re looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of the complete energy-transfer chain between the pulse generator and the plasma reactor.

This isn’t a traditional EMC compliance role.

It’s about ensuring high-voltage nanosecond pulses are delivered efficiently, reliably and repeatably into dynamic plasma loads.

You’ll work on

• High-voltage pulse transmission
• Current return paths
• Grounding and shielding
• Impedance matching
• High-speed measurement techniques
• Pulse propagation
• Plasma-load interaction
• Reflected energy management
• High dv/dt and di/dt environments
• Root-cause analysis and hardware optimisation
