SR2 are partnering with a global leader in electrical engineering and energy transition technology to recruit a Sales Manager specialising in Medium Voltage (MV) Motors for the German market.
This is an opportunity to join a business at the forefront of electrification, power conversion, energy storage and industrial automation, supporting customers across Oil & Gas, Energy, Water and General Industry sectors.
Working closely with international engineering, applications and proposal teams, you will drive growth across Germany, managing key accounts whilst developing new business opportunities within a highly technical sales environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships across Germany
- Develop new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, Energy, Water and General Industry sectors
- Drive order intake growth for MV Motor solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs and End Users
- Work closely with engineering and proposal teams to develop competitive technical solutions
- Influence product strategy and market positioning based on customer requirements
- Deliver against revenue, order intake and margin targets
- Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers
- Support long-term growth strategies within the German market
- Collaborate with international teams across Europe
What we’re looking for
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic or Engineering discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in technical sales, account management or sales engineering
- Strong experience selling Medium Voltage (MV) Motors
- Background within Oil & Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Water or Industrial markets
- Existing network across German OEMs, EPCs and End Users
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing strategic accounts
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Comfortable operating within international matrix organisations

Location: Germany
Travel: Approximately 50% across Germany and internationally when required
